Liner notes
Every day, one album, told only through its tracklist. You start with the two tracks the world talks about least and work up, one wrong guess at a time, to the single everybody knows. The best moment usually comes a couple of tracks before the hit, when you recognise the album from its filler.
How the tracks are chosen
- The edition is the album as first released: deluxe editions, remasters, live versions and later reissues are left out.
- Fame is how many Wikipedias have an article on a song. Tracks with none come first; the last clue is the album's most-written-about song.
- Remixes, interludes, skits and very short pieces never appear, and neither does a track that names the album or the artist.
- From the start you see its decade and a broad genre; after three misses, the exact year.

The page talks to this site and nothing else. There is no cover art, no audio and no lyrics.
